Pet Project Inc was incorporated in October of 1993. We are a no kill shelter based in Marseilles. We are the oldest non-profit animal shelter in LaSalle County. We are registered with the State of Illinois Atty. General as a 501(3)c charitable organization.
Our Mission
To operate a shelter and provide for the humane treatment of animals while attempting to secure permanent homes for them, either through adoption or through reuniting lost animals with their owners; and to encourage the humane treatment of animals through kindness and proper care.

I hang out on a bottom shelf where I'm often overlooked by potential adopters. I would love a nice quiet home with a patient family. I also love other cats!
